Starter is free up to 250 contacts and uses your own delivery providers (BYO). To use Spotzee’s managed delivery infrastructure or financial-services features, contact sales about Professional or Enterprise.

- A Spotzee account — sign up at spotzee.com/sign-up
- A delivery provider account (any supported email or SMS vendor)
- A test contact list (CSV or copy-pasted addresses)
Steps
Create your organisation
After signing in, you’ll be prompted to create an organisation. This is the top-level container that holds your projects, users, and billing.
Connect a delivery provider
From your project, go to Settings → Providers and add your email or SMS sending account. You’ll be asked for the credentials your provider issues — usually an API key.
Import contacts
Go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV. The first row should be column headers. Spotzee maps standard fields (email, phone, first name) automatically and stores the rest as custom attributes.
Build a one-step journey
Go to Journeys → New and pick the Send template. Choose the channel, pick or compose a message, and save.
