Transactional and marketing email. On Starter, bring your own delivery provider. On Professional and Enterprise, managed delivery infrastructure is included alongside any BYO provider you configure.

Text messaging via your configured SMS provider. Per-message pricing applies on top of platform pricing.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp Business messaging. Templates must be approved by WhatsApp before use.

Push

Mobile push notifications via the standard mobile platforms.

In-app

Messages rendered inside your own product, served via the API.

Webhooks

Outbound HTTP callbacks. Use webhooks to forward events to your own systems, trigger third-party integrations, or update CRMs.

Provider configuration

Providers are configured per project. A project can hold multiple providers per channel — Spotzee routes a send to the configured default unless you specify otherwise.
